for myself, because lahir cser, so many things i didnt do..but what i did was pantang food...
everyday makan soup ikan kurau..everyday k..tapi tak teruk sgt, sbb my mum masak ikan very nice..hehehe...besides that, i drink byk air, so i dont get dehydrated, and to make sure supply susu enough for my Jr. selain soup ikan kurau, I also makan cream crackers with apple jam and fruits makan jambu and apples..
urut, dan segalanya semua tak buat, until habis 40 days...tapi i cheated tak buat 40days pun, sampai 39 days je...sbb tak larat already makan ikan..rindu makan ayam...hehehe....but now i still pantang alot of food...like lactose and seafood semua still pantang for myself n baby..baby because i takut he gets wind(perut kembung) or gatal...but so far if baby perut kembung, kalau massage minyak telon at his stomach, tapak kaki, belakang..nanti his perut ok, alhamdulillah...
now after pantang pun, just did my 1st urut tadi...yay, this whole week got berurut...
about socks, the first week pakai ok..after that, peluh sgt sgt until dapat heat rash, and after that i realise if pakai socks, my kaki edema, so after about 10 days dh stop dah pakai socks...(maybe because i gave birth tak natural(cser) so tak rasa sejuk kot..n my house pun panas, n i sleep without aircond..
ala boringnya my pantang story..hehehe..takpelah i end my story here..hehehe....till my next entry...

panjangnye rambut die..pasal socks tu, nad pun rase malas je nak pakai time pantang aritu. before pregnant kene edema..after deliver bile pakai socks edema tu lambat hilang..bile org tanye nape tak pakai socks i answered la ape yg patut but they said tak boleh tak pakai nanti kaki masuk angin. insyaallah takde. hehe. pastu ade yang kate bengkak tu tak ilang sebab i pakai stokin ketat. :)
hi! just to share my experience, cos i pun c-sect. after keluar dari OT je, my doc suruh i cepat2 pakai bengkung, so 3rd day i dah start pakai bengkung getah utk elak perut buncit & menggelebeh, sbb perut menggelebeh tu yg tekan luka, so susah nak berdiri & jalan. 8th day, i dah start urut, so water retention semua cepat hilang. u kena cari bidan yg pandai urut for org yg c-sect. dia akan urut whole body depan belakang, tapi area luka c-sect dia tak kacau. time tu meniarap pun dah boleh. after urut, badan rasa ringan, nak jalan pun dah kuat. then if u nak continue urut, lagi bagus, continue bertungku & continue pakai bengkung, mmg cepat kurus! actually, lagi cepat urut, lagi bagus supaya urat tak kembang & masuk angin.. ramai yg ingat kalau c-sect tak blh berurut or bertungku.. boleh je actually.. anyway, congrats & welcome to motherhood! :)
my pantang pun biasa2 je sab. my mum ckp jgn strict berpantang. oh, my weight tak turun banyak pun after bersalin. so sad. i pun cpt lpr. i minum byk air (tq for ur advice sab.hehe)..hopefully dgn bf my baby, i will loss weight.
samalah cser... pantang mmg boring.nak berurut pun x mcm normal.but i pakai stokin takut masuk angin.makan of cos pantang sangat takut bb je kan...
